Dynamic Communications: Becoming A Communication Chameleon
Dynamic Communication, one of our flagship programs, is a behaviorally-based communication workshop aimed at teaching people how to communicate using specialized techniques and methods to understand themselves and others.
Based upon the principles and concepts in the book The Communication Chameleon, the workshop incorporates a behavioral assessment to give participants a more complete understanding of their individual communication preferences and style. The training is modelled around the DISC Communication Framework.
Participants learn how to interact with others and to appreciate each others’ behavioral styles. Improved communication is noticed immediately after the seminar. This workshop is certified for continuing educational credits.
Navigating Difficult Conversations & Conflict Resolution
This workshop will enhance your ability to manage difficult interpersonal situations and handle sensitive team issues by developing an interest-based negotiation framework and boosting your listening skills.
Learn how to shift a difficult conversation to a learning conversation. The concepts you acquire during the workshop will help you to create more harmonious and cohesive relationships. Learn effective ways to facilitate dialogue with your colleagues in a way that lets you maintain control while bringing out the best in each other.
Enhancing Your Emotional Intelligence
Emotional intelligence describes the ability to understand one’s own feelings, and that of others, and how these emotions can influence motivation and behaviour. As a result of the growing acknowledgement by professionals of the importance and relevance of emotions to work outcomes, the research on the topic continued to gain momentum.
Emotional intelligence is increasingly relevant to talent management because it can provide a new way to understand and assess people’s behaviours, management styles, attitudes, interpersonal skills, and individual potential. Research suggests that understanding and managing emotions can lead to increased success in all areas of life, including job performance and eligibility for promotion.
Our programs include an online assessment profile of your Emotional Intelligence. In the workshop you will learn how to interpret this report, along with many ways to increase your emotional regulation and manage emotionally-charged work situations.

Success in business, leadership & management and sales depends on the experience and expertise that professionals have in influencing and persuading others to cooperate collaboratively and complete work assignments and projects in a timely and effective manner. In this workshop you will learn the principles, tools and techniques of influence taken from social psychology research, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, motivational theory and communications.
Powerful Speaking and Presenting Skills
This course is designed for anyone who has to facilitate meetings, train or present to groups of people. Participants will discover the underlying factors that affect how individuals learn and what motivates them. You will gain knowledge about communication techniques, learning strategies, special listening skills and how to capture and maintain the attention of your audience. Training includes experiential exercises, lectures, demonstration and self-assessment surveys.
Masterful Facilitation
This course is designed for anyone who has to provide training, facilitate meetings or present to small or large groups of people. Participants will learn many of the underlying factors that effect group dynamics. Learn how individuals process information and what motivates them to learn, and discover how to run buzz groups and conduct effective debriefing. You will acquire powerful communication techniques, learning strategies, special listening skills and how to capture and maintain the attention of your audience. Training includes experiential exercises, lectures, demonstration and self-assessment surveys.
Presentation Skills with PowerPoint Essentials
The workshop is designed to teach you how to create a dynamic, impactful presentation from start to finish. You are also taught the essential skills of utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint to turn your presentation into a multi-media experience. Participants are videotaped doing a presentation in the program; feedback and evaluations will be provided in areas for improvement.
Effective Supervision Workshop
Supervising others can be a tough job. Between managing your own time and projects, helping your team members solve problems and complete tasks and helping other supervisors, your day can fill up before you know it. This workshop will help supervisors to become more efficient. They will also become more proficient at delegating, managing time, setting goals and expectations (for themselves and others), providing feedback, resolving conflict, and administering discipline.

Lunch-and-Learn Series: Effective Communication Styles
The workshop is designed to teach the most powerful techniques and tools for effective and active listening and communication. You will learn how to build instant, deep, meaningful and long-lasting rapport with anyone by understanding and utilizing sensory acuity, language, physiology, gestures, tonality, mirroring/matching and breathing. You will also learn about active listening methods.
Assessment Profiles
Assessment profiles are available for communication styles, team-building leadership preferences, sales / job competencies, relationship styles, emotional intelligence and motivation factors. We also conduct 360 Degree surveys and organizational surveys for customer service and employee satisfaction.
23-Page DISC Communication Assessment
This report analyses your behavioural and communication style in a professional setting. It identifies your key preferences, biases and perceptions in team and work environments, as well as:
- how you respond to problems and challenges
- how you influence others to your point of view
- how you respond to the pace of the environment
- how you respond to rules and procedures set by others
Emotional Intelligence Assessment
This report analyzes your emotional assessment to indicated your overall EQ score, you interpersonal score and your intrapersonal score. The report also includes areas for improvement and a template to build an action plan to improve your emotional intelligence.
