Rainmaker Strategies Group's Executive Coaching programs comprise a
unique set of strategies designed to support people and organizations in
being more effective in realizing their personal and professional goals.

Just as a personal fitness trainer assists you in meeting your physical
fitness goals, your Executive Strategy Coach will challenge and support
you in attaining the goals you desire in your life and career. Your coach
will also provide you with the encouragement to be accountable for your
commitments to achieve the results you demand of yourself.

Coaching is available to individuals and small groups by our experienced
and committed Executive Strategists. Personal and group coaching
provides a unique opportunity to focus specifically on your issues. Most
coaching assignments involve an extended series of sessions with
homework between sessions. Executive coaching is for those people
who are highly motivated and committed to making substantive changes
in their business and personal lives.

We work with each individual to tailor a unique coaching experience,
however, we have designed a number of coaching programs that follow

    learning of the tools and techniques in a focused manner. Then
    you can follow-up with one-on-one coaching to accomplishing
    specific life goals.
